Shipping & Delivery

At Kelme NZ our goal is to offer you the very best new threads, no matter where you live in the country. Every day, we deliver to customers throughout Aotearoa, ensuring that we provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

Processing time: We place your orders with the Kelme Global Logistics Warehouse every Tuesday.  The processing time allows for order verification, tailoring, quality and quantity checking, and packaging.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from the logistics warehouse.  You can expect your order to be delivered to your desired address 10-12 days after placing your order.
